What You Will Be Doing: Working out and repping The Secret Place and learning more about Human Trafficking.
What to wear: Workout clothes. You are able to purchase a Secret Place Volunteer shirt for this event for $5 for sizes XS-XL and $10 for sizes XXL-5XL. Please make a note that you would like a shirt and the size in the comments section. Shirts are only guaranteed for volunteers who sign up prior to 20-Mar! Shirts are sold at cost. After the 20th, will be as available.
Change Unchained will be holding its final outdoor boot camp class on Saturday, March 27th at 10am. Along with a great group workout (at the track and field at Hellen Caro Elementary school) there will also be several representatives from multiple local organizations that combat child exploitation/trafficking right here in our city. You can learn about how you can get involved and volunteer with these organizations as well. Arrive at least 10 minutes early, wear proper workout clothes/shoes and bring plenty of drinking water and a full size towel/mat. This is open to the public and everyone ages 12+ are welcome to attend. There will also be an opportunity for free-will donations to our 501(c)3 but not necessary to attend and participate.
