Who We Are

Waterfront has been the trusted leader in homeless rescue and recovery services for men in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties since 1949, but we know that it takes a community of resources to help those who are homeless and addicted in our community.

For those seeking immediate needs, we provide food, shelter, clothing, access to laundry and showers, mail services, computer, and telephone access.

Waterfront’s Recovery Program is for those looking for resources to help with addictions. The 9-month recovery program is designed to give men the tools they need to live a sober life.  This includes counseling, accountability plans, financial education, and other life skills classes.

Waterfront works for those who are ready to change their lives. And together, with our community partners, we offer the tools to life a sustainable life for every person who comes through our doors.

What We Do

Homelessness is a complex problem. The circumstances that bring people to the Mission’s doors are nearly as diverse as the people themselves. For this reason, Waterfront offers various programs and services to meet each person where they are and create a plan to help me their specific needs. Our programs range from Homeless Veterans, Working Homeless, Addiction Recovery, and Chronically Homeless.
